[WooCommerce] Autoship Cloud Settings Page

The Autoship Cloud Settings page displays fields used for connecting your WooCommerce store to your QPilot Account (Autoship Cloud's hosted service).
These settings can be found in WP-Admin > Autoship Cloud > Settings
Connection Settings
These fields are used to create and manage the connection between your WooCommerce store and your connected QPilot Site. Starting fresh? Please visit the
QPilot Client Id
- QPilot User ID
- Added when setting up the WooCommerce integration in your QPilot Account (QPilot > My Account > Apps)
- Used for authenticating WP site via Integration when accessing OAuth authentication
QPilot Client Secret
- Secret key for the integration
- Created when setting up the WooCommerce integration in your QPilot Account (QPilot > My Account > Apps)
User Id
- QPilot User ID
- Filled in automatically after connecting your WooCommerce Site to your QPilot Account
Site Id
- Site ID for your connected QPilot Site
- Filled in automatically after connecting your WooCommerce Site to your QPilot Account
Token Auth
- Access Token from your connected QPilot Site
- Filled in automatically after connecting your WooCommerce Site to your QPilot Account
Refresh Token
- Refresh Token from your connected QPilot Site
- Filled in automatically after connecting your WooCommerce Site to your QPilot Account
Options Tab: Autoship Options for your WooCommerce Store
Autoship Label
- Used to customize the "Autoship" default text on shop pages
Autoship and Save Label
- Used to customize the "Autoship and Save" default text on shop pages
Scheduled Order Label
- Used to customize the "Scheduled Order" default text on shop pages
Scheduled Orders Label
- Used to customize the "Scheduled Orders" default text on shop pages
Enable Free Shipping
- Enables a free shipping option at checkout for Autoship Items that can be managed as a shipping method in WP-Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping >> Shipping Zones (edit)
Displaying Scheduled Orders in My Account
- Choose how Scheduled Orders should be displayed in the My Account > Scheduled Orders page for your customers. (See more details about each of these here).
Enable Selectable Shipping Rates in Native UI Display
- Allows Customers to choose a Preferred (Autoship Cloud) Shipping rate when editing their Scheduled Order in the Native UI Display.
Schedule Products in the Cart
- Adds a template to the WooCommerce Cart for changing frequency options available to the WooCommerce Product
Display QPilot Coupons as Fee Lines (Legacy Feature)
- Applies Coupons (WP-Admin > Autoship Cloud > Coupons) added to Scheduled Orders as fee lines to Autoship Orders in WooCommerce when your connected QPilot Site processes a Scheduled Order
Display Ship by Date in Order Management
- Enables the display of an optional column in the WooCommerce Orders view for the Next Occurrence Date of the Scheduled Order when an Autoship Order is created in WooCommerce (more details)
Scheduled Orders Header Message
- Displays text/html in the area above the Autoship Scheduled Orders App in My Account > Scheduled Orders
No Scheduled Orders Body Message
- Display content on the Scheduled Orders page in My Account > Scheduled Orders when no Scheduled Orders exist for the user. This field accepts text and HTML.
Product Page Autoship Info Link
The Autoship Info Link tells customers more about your Autoship program. By default Autoship Cloud provides some general benefit points but the information can be something customized to display custom text or even a custom page! More details can be fount in our doc Product Page Autoship Info Link.
Product Page Autoship Info Link Type
Choose how the Autoship info link should be displayed.
Product Page Autoship Info Link Content
Allows Admins to customize the info link HTML and text is displayed to customers
Product Page Autoship Message
- Display an additional message next to Autoship options on the Product page. This field accepts text and HTML.
Legacy Compatibility
- Sets the filter autoship_filter_schedulable_products_use_wc_data to return false. This enables product data to be retrieved from your connected QPilot site, rather than WooCommerce.
(Beta) Experimental Support for WooCommerce PayPal Payments
- Enables Autoship Cloud support for the new WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin
- Do not enable this experimental feature on your live website unless you have already tested this integration successfully!
(Beta) WebChat Directline Secret
- Used for accessing a Chat ("Chatbot") Client

Update Product Synchronization
- Used to activate / deactivate Product Synchronization with WooCommerce

Bulk Update Checkout Price
- Updates the Autoship Checkout Price for all WooCommerce Simple Products and Product Variations in your store.
Bulk Update Recurring Price
- Updates the Autoship Recurring Price for all WooCommerce Simple Products and Product Variations in your store.
Bulk Enable WooCommerce Products to Display Autoship Options
- Enables or disables the display of Autoship Options on WooCommerce Product Pages for all Simple Products, Variable Products and Product Variations.
Bulk Enable Product Availability
- Enables or disables the Add to Scheduled Order and Process on Scheduled Orders for all Simple Products and Product Variations.

Extensions
- Displays extensions that developers have added for Autoship Cloud, so that WordPress Admins can easily review settings and documentation for each extension that is active on their WordPress site.
- Autoship Cloud extensions are active plugins that have been developed and added to your WordPress Plugins directory in order to extend, modify, and customize your site's Autoship Cloud powered by QPilot integration.
Migrations
- Allows users who upgrade from WC Autoship to download their Autoship Schedules as a CSV Export for easy migration to Autoship Cloud
Logs
- The Autoship Cloud Logging system is useful for troubleshooting issues with your Autoship Cloud powered by QPilot Integration.
- Logs are arranged by date to check for activity / errors for specific days with from the 30 most current entries (days)
- Gives users more tools to troubleshoot their site specific to Autoship Cloud & QPilot
