What Frequencies Can I Offer on Autoship Products?

By default, available Frequency Types for scheduled orders are:

• Number of Days
  • Select a Frequency of every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 days
• Day of the Week
  • Select a Frequency of every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday
• Number of Weeks
  • Select a Frequency of every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks
• Number of Months
  • Select a Frequency of every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12 months
• Day of the Month
  • Select a Frequency of a specific day (1 – 31 days) each Month

Testing frequency types

1. As a customer, visit your online store and visit a product page.
2. Select a Scheduled Order Frequency for the product by clicking Schedule This Item, selecting a frequency type and a frequency.
3. With a selected frequency, add the product to the cart.
4. Add as many products as you’d like (include as many different frequencies and types as you wish!) to your cart and complete checkout using a test credit card number.
5. Autoship will create an order on your WooCommerce site at the time specified by the schedule you created.
6. As the same customer, visit My Account > Scheduled Orders, where you can add / remove / change the quantity of items, alter the date of the next occurrence of the schedule, and change the frequency.
